Does Judge's insight armor penetration stack with Strength?
If a warrior were to use judges insight would armor penetration from his strength atribute be simply added to the 20% from judges? Could a W/Mo then run around with 35% armor penetration with judges and 15str? I wanted to play around with a warriors endurance judges insight axe/hammer/sword build but if armor penetration doesnt stack then high str for warriors endurance is kinda wasted :/

Based upon the description of the skill on the guildwars website, judges insight grants +20% armor penetration. This means it adds 20% to what you already had. Penetrating attack (ranger bow attack) on the other hand states that that attack simply has 20% armor penetration meaning it wouldn't stack with strength (judges insight would probably stack ontop of it though)

Test it on the 100 armor dummy and you'll get your answer.
